Q: My pom is a bit flattened from shipping. What do I do?
You can hold the pom by the strings/snap and give it a good shake out. If it needs a little more, use a blow dryer on medium heat for about 15 seconds...not too long because it will melt the pom! SOME poms can be combed out as well.
Q: How do I attach my pom if it has strings?
I have a great video on my Instagram TV (@LifesLittleThingsCO) showing the steps of attaching a pom to a hat securely. You will need a tapestry needle.
Q: How do I attach my pom if it has a snap?
Unsnap the male end from the snap on the pom. Use a strong thread to sew on the male end to your project using the holes on the snap. (I use embroidery/cross stitch floss) Then attach pom and you are all set!
Q: Can I wash and dry my pom in the washing machine and dryer?
NO! Spot clean pom if it is needed and then re-fluff. NEVER put a pom into the dryer. It will melt the hairs.
