Return/Exchange Policy

For questions about a return/exchange, please contact me at within 7 days of receiving order.  Please make sure to include your order number with your inquiry.

Items may be returned or exchanged if returned unused and in original condition as it was sent out.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and sending tracking information.  There will be a 15% restocking fee for all returns or exchanges.  If exchanging items, customer is responsible in any price difference of product and new shipping charges.

Once your return is received, you will receive an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Shipping costs are non-refundable

All custom orders are non-refundable.  Cancellations to custom orders must be received within 48 hours of order being placed.
